Bud Chiles Calls for Grand Jury on PSC Reshuffling

Independent gubernatorial candidate Bud Chiles is up in arms about two members being knocked off the Florida PSC and is calling for a grand jury to look into the matter.

Chiles met with both PSC Chairwoman Nancy Argenziano and Commissioner Nathan Skop on Thursday morning and the release his campaign put out praised them for defending Florida consumers.

"The members of the PSC Nominating Council have shown blatant disregard for the interests of Florida's consumers," continued Chiles. "Two hundred and thirty-four years ago, our founding fathers rejected a system of government that failed to protect their interests. I believe it is time for Florida to declare independence from the puppet masters who control our state government through campaign contributions and shadowy political committees."
