Brewser Brown to Lead Capitol Resources' Florida Expansion
Capitol lobbyist Brewser Brown, former Gov. Jeb Bushs education adviser, has been named to head Capitol Resources LLCs expansion into Florida.
The Jackson, Miss.-based lobbying firm focuses on the Gulf states, with offices also in Alabama, Louisiana and Washington, D.C.
Were fortunate to add someone of Brewsers ability and reputation to our talented team, Capitol Resources partner Henry Barbour stated in a release.
Obviously, Florida is a large and important state, and this expansion will help us serve a growing array of clients at both the state and federal level of government.
The firm's other partners include Clare Hester, John Lundy and former Congressman Chip Pickering.
In addition to work for Gov. Bush, Brown was chief of staff to Frank Brogan when the current chancellor of the State University System of Florida was the states lieutenant governor, as well as the Republican Party of Florida, and the Bush-Quayle administration and campaign.
Im excited to join Capitol Resources and look forward to serving the needs of our clients in Tallahassee and throughout Florida, Brown stated in the release. I also look forward to collaborating with the strong Capitol Resources team to meet client needs in other states and Washington, D.C.
