Blaise Ingoglia Reels in Support of Veterans Leader
Retired Marine Col. Tom Bowman, who served as the chief of staff and an acting assistant secretary for the federal Department of Veterans Affairs, announced on Monday that he was backing Blaise Ingoglias bid to represent parts of Hernando County in the Florida House.
"As a veterans advocate and resident of Florida House, District 35, I have become keenly aware of the type of leadership needed in Tallahassee to ensure the issues and concerns of Florida veterans and their families will be heard and addressed, Bowman said on Monday. "I am confident Blaise will exhibit that type of focused and consistent leadership not only for District 35, but for all Floridians. I am privileged to endorse him for election as my representative in the Florida House."
I am extremely honored to have this endorsement," said Ingoglia, who has been active with the Republican Party of Florida (RPOF), rising to be vice chairman. District 35 has a large number of veterans and active-duty military. Should I be elected, they know they will have a friend and strong advocate in state government.
