Bill McCollum Files Motion for Summary Judgment in Health Care Lawsuit

Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum filed a motion for summary judgment Friday in the lawsuit -- joined by 19 other attorneys general -- against the Affordable Care Act, the federal health care overhaul.

The lawsuit claims the health care law is unconstitutional because it mandates that individuals procure health insurance coverage. Oral arguments in the case will be heard Dec. 16 in Pensacola.
