Ander Crenshaw to Speak at First Coast Defense Expo

U.S. Rep. Ander Crenshaw, R-Fla., who sits on the House Defense Appropriations Subcommittee, will be speaking at the First Coast Defense Expo which will run from Oct. 16-17 at Cecil Field. The event is being sponsored by Jacksonville Aviation Authority, the Florida League of Defense Contractors, and the Jacksonville Chamber.

The First Coast is an anchor to our national security a standing made possible by hundreds of companies in Northeast Floridas Defense Industrial Base, said Crenshaw on Monday. They equip our men and women in uniform, keep our military in top working order, and contribute millions of dollars to the local economy.

Ill be speaking to exhibitors and attendees on both days and outlining my work in Congress to support our national security and the companies so central to that mission, Crenshaw added. Large or small, engineering, research and development, construction, or manufacturing, these firms rank among the worlds best and have a great story to tell. I thank the Florida League of Defense Contractors, the Jacksonville Aviation Authority, and the Jacksonville Chamber for organizing the First Coast Defense Expo to help tell it.
