Allen West Blasts Jesse Jackson and Liberals for Putting Politics Above Black Community
Former U.S. Rep. Allen West ripped civil rights leaders late on Thursday, insisting they turned the 50th anniversary celebration of the March on Washington to a partisan event.
Yesterday on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, head of the National Urban League, Marc Morial, stated that white sheets had been turned into white button-down collar shirts, West posted on Facebook. And Jesse Jackson compared the constitutional conservative grassroots movement, the tea party, to the Confederacy. Really?
I am sick of these race-baiting cowards who will not address the primary issue in the black community: a culture of death and criminal activity, West continued. Yesterday, the NAACP put on the 50th anniversary event marking the March on Washington and did not invite one single black Republican or conservative. Why? I guess because their grievance message cannot stand against the truth.
