Allen West Beats the Bushes for Tom Cotton

U.S. Sen. Mark Pryor, D-Ark., is a top target for Republicans in November as the GOP looks to flip the U.S. Senate. While polls have generally shown it close, a recent batch have found Pryor with solid leads over U.S. Rep. Tom Cotton, R-Ark. To help close the gap, former U.S. Rep. Allen West, R-Fla., is increasing his efforts on behalf of Cotton. West endorsed Cotton through his Allen West Guardian Fund PAC earlier in the election cycle.

I'm rushing to Arkansas to hit the streets with my friend Tom Cotton who is one of our Guardian Fund endorsed candidates, West emailed supporters on Tuesday afternoon. Tom is one of the best candidates I've ever had the pleasure of supporting he's a brave veteran and a strong conservative and right now he's in the fight of his life.

Tom's race is a must win for conservatives if we plan to take control of the Senate, West added. I've instructed my team at the Guardian Fund to do everything in our power to win this race ... if we're not willing to risk it all for candidates like Tom Cotton, then the Democrats deserve to win.
