Adam Putnam Names Communications Director
Incoming Agriculture and Consumer Services Commissioner Adam Putnam continued naming staffers on Wednesday, unveiling his pick for communications director, Amanda Bevis.
Commissioner-elect Putnam and his transition team have assembled a group of experienced leaders that will support his efforts in new job creation, steward the states resources and protect Florida consumers, said Trey McCarley who is heading up Putnams transition team. Were pleased to have Amanda Bevis as part of this talented team at the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and were ready to get to work next week.
Bevis comes with a great deal of Beltway experience including stints at Booz Allen Hamilton, Powell Tate | Weber Shandwick, as a staffer in George W. Bushs White House and as a press assistant in Bushs 2004 re-election campaign.
