ABC Backs Bondi for Attorney General

Big endorsement for Pam Bondi in her campaign for the Republican attorney general nomination. The Associated Builders & Contractors of Florida (ABC) announced they were backing Bondi over Lt. Gov. Jeff Kottkamp and former Agency for Health Care Administration Chief Holly Benson. With ABC representing more than 2,500 companies employing more than 200,000 Floridians, its a big pickup for Bondi in a tight race.

"Pam Bondi shares our commitment to free enterprise, lower taxes and fiscal responsibility," said Gary Stout, chairman of ABC of Florida. "We look forward to doing all we can to elect Pam Bondi the next attorney general of Florida."

"I thank the Associated Builders and Contractors of Florida for supporting my campaign as I work to share my vision for the future with Sunshine State voters," said Bondi. "I am confident we will continue to build support in the business community for a conservative agenda that is focused on creating jobs, keeping taxes low, and jump-starting our economy."
