The 114th Florida Legislative session is under way with the swearing-in of Rep. Jose Oliva, R-Miami Lakes.

In attendance: U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Miami, and U.S. Rep. Daniel Webster, R-Orlando.

The gallery remains mostly empty as Occupy Tallahassee crowds the hallway.
