We have a teachable moment here, folks. Let’s hope everyone is ready to learn.
The question you see in the headline is the one I keep asking myself every election cycle, when I see what Patrick Murphy and others like him, do. When I say others like him, I mean those who know nothing about the black community, don’t care to know anything about the black community, and feel the way to secure the votes of the black community is by buying them.
At least 18 Florida lawmakers started living on minimum wage this week to draw attention to the need to increase the state's minimum wage to $15 an hour.
It's all part of something called the "minimum wage challenge," a campaign by the Service Employees International.
These 18 lawmakers, all Democrats, will live on $17 a day for five days.

Debbie needs to go. President Obama should have replaced her already as DNC chair, but since he hasn’t, it's up to the Jewish community and the African-American community to get the job done.
She is no longer fit to hold that congressional seat, and between the two communities, we can take it away from her. A message should be sent to DWS, and really, others, who think they have taken up permanent residence in Washington, D.C.
That message is: We put you in, and we can take you out.
I don’t care what they tell you.
I don’t care what they think.
They don’t know us. They don’t influence us.
U.S. Congressman Patrick Murphy should be congratulated for urging the Coast Guard to continue its search for Palm Beach County teenagers Austin Stephanos and Perry Cohen. Though the search has officially been called off, urging authorities to go the extra mile to save children is the right thing to do.
Left to mainstream media, one would think there is only one declared Democrat in the race for Marco Rubios U.S. Senate seat. In fact, it has been reported as such.
What is the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over, and expecting a different result.
Tuesday night Charlie-Come-Lately Crist won the Democratic nomination for governor of Florida.
Well, looky, looky-lou!
Just like I pointed out previously, I dont have to seek out information, information finds its way to my inbox on its own, or at least with the help of others! It seems as though someone was busy at 1:30 on the morning of July 30.
