This is the result of a wasted presidency. If he had taken the leadership for change from the beginning, we would be a lot further along. Since the advances in relations that he had promised as well as spoke of. Never actually came to fruition. The balance of his presidency ended up being more reactive, than the proactive we had hoped for.
