Ander Crenshaw Trots Out Republican Endorsements

Facing a primary challenge from former Navy officer Ryman Shoaf next month, U.S. Rep. Ander Crenshaw, R-Fla., brought out the First Coasts GOP leadership behind him at an event on Monday.

Crenshaw unveiled the endorsements of a host of Republicans including state Sen. Aaron Bean, R-Jacksonville, state Rep. Janet Adkins, R-Fernandina Beach, Jacksonville Beach Mayor Charlie Latham and Atlantic Beach Mayor Carolyn Woods.

"The beaches are one of the jewels of Northeast Florida a great location for local businesses ... beautiful natural resources, and so much more, Crenshaw said. It's all the result of strong leadership right here on the ground from our mayors, council members, state officials, and devoted citizens.

Like me, they are committed to supporting the policies that make this region an attractive place to do business, and a great place to live, raise a family, and visit, Crenshaw added. And, from me, they will continue to receive the support they need to make sure Northeast Florida shines for generations to come.
